Bio
Ben is a talented young actor who has been involved in multiple theatre productions, TV commercials and short films. He started acting at the tender age of 6 years and quickly developed a passion for storytelling and expressing himself through acting which also led to his interest in directing and other opportunities behind the camera.
Ben acted & directed his first short film 'Crash' when he was 11 years old, about two impoverished brothers who are tempted into a life of crime. 'Crash', went on to win two awards: the 2022 NZ Regional IYSFF First Place Winner and the 2023 International Grand Prize Winner. 'Crash' also received accolades for best director, best production design, best editing, and BOP Choice Award.
Ben is now 13 years old and currently at high school and will continue to pursue his dream of becoming a successful actor, competitive dancer, singer-songwriter, and filmmaker.
