Bio

Beatrice Taniguchi is an emerging actor based in Auckland of Japanese, American, and New Zealand European descent. She can speak Japanese to an intermediate level, play piano and perform gymnastics.

Her screen credits include roles in US productions: Cowboy Bebop for Netflix, and Power Rangers Dino Fury.

As well as acting, she also has directed theatre pieces for the Shakespeare Festivals (2022, 2024), as well as the One Act Play Festival (2024). 

Beatrice is a confident performer having performed Hawaiian Hula Dancing for many years at the Pasifika Festival and has been attending Improv Theatre classes since 2023.
